About Us

THE STORY OF ELEVATED EQUITY PARTNERS

From the beginning, J.D. and Dan had a goal to work together in real estate doing what they love, and wanted to share their passion of real estate with others. Through the years, they’ve developed a solid foundation of real estate knowledge, the expertise necessary to navigate any transaction; and have the integrity to follow up on promises.

Early on, as they began to develop the company and carve their niche in real estate, they quickly realized that there was a distinct need for certain real estate services they originally did not foresee. So they decided to create a set of companies – where in collaboration with one another, they would offer a package of services under one large umbrella, known as Elevated Equity Partners.

J. Daniel Duval, Esq., Managing Partner/Co-Founder

Dan is a real estate broker and attorney focused on locating undervalued and distressed assets for existing re-development opportunities.  Dan oversees all aspects of Elevated Equity Partners transactions from initial offer to closing and also acts as the broker for all of Elevated Equity Partners transactions.  Dan’s ten years of experience in the greater Boston real estate market coupled with his experience in contract and real estate law, enable him to analyze each deal from an investment and legal perspective.  Dan prides himself on relationship building during each transaction, whether Elevated Equity Partners is the buyer or seller and believes that transparency and fair dealing are the cornerstones from which deals get done. Dan is also a partner in Elevated Realty, LLC, a high-end, full-service real estate firm.  Additionally, Dan coordinates private lending transactions between hard-money lenders and real estate investors.

Dan is involved with various charitable organizations in the Boston area.  When he is not working, he enjoys golf, the beach and live music.  Dan is a graduate of Northeastern University, magna cum laude and Suffolk Law, cum laude, both located in Boston, MA.
